Maintaining a drug and alcohol-free workplace is critical
Employers have a responsibility to ensure the health and safety of their workers and to minimise workplace risks. Drug and alcohol screening is one tool that can help achieve this.

To meet Work Health and Safety obligations, employers should implement a ‘fitness for work’ program designed to address and manage risks associated with drug and alcohol use. This includes a comprehensive drug and alcohol policy that features screening and support mechanisms, sets clear expectations for workplace behaviour and ensures that workers are fit for work.
CS Health can provide guidance on developing and implementing policies tailored to the specific needs of your workplace.
