Meet Rochelle

Rochelle Kramer joined Coal Services in March 2010 as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director/CEO and was appointed as the Executive Officer / Company Secretary in August 2023.

Prior to joining Coal Services Rochelle worked across a variety of public and private sector organisations in tourism, media, consulting, legal and accounting practices. She has nearly 20 years’ experience dealing with company secretarial matters and has worked with the Secretariat at Coal Services since 2010. Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science & Policy) and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management. She is a dual Associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Governance Institute.
